About the Department
The Department of Electrical Engineering has been functioning from 1945.It offers an Undergraduate Program in Electrical and Electronics Engineering since its inception.During 2002,two post graduate programs were started in Power Systems Engineering and Power Electronics and Drives.

Our Symposiums
The Department of Electrical and Electronics organizes the technical workshops for the students in learning Advanced Technologies in Electrical domain and Automation of Industries. National Level Technical Symposiums such as ORACLE and COMMENZAR are also conducted in every academic year to enrich the technical knowledge of students and to provide a platform for exhibiting their talents in an innovative manner.
